We like to start off in the forest squirrel park where certain areas say dogs on lead (mainly where squirrels are) there is a path to stick to or you can go off track and make your own way. Lots of hills to run up and down on.
Eventually you can find your way to the beach, lots of sand dunes which our dog loves to run on.

8 years agoWhat a truly fantastic walk- scenery was stunning - woodland and beach - dogs just loved it- they ran free all over the beach - will be making this a regular place to visit- only took 45 mins from Lymm near Warrington- and well worth the £5.70 for parking - facilities were great to- toilets were immaculate only negative - could do with a few more bins on the routes for the poo bags. Highly recommend
6 years agoExcellent dog walking site. Car park is run by National Trust hence the fee, but no problem, car parking areas, walks and information boards are plentiful. There are a number of walks available, taking ion all aspects of the local countryside. Walking in the areas of loose sand helps keep my fitness level on a par with my dog.
